Robert Ambrogi rounded up some of his favorite legal 'casts to speed along Thanksgiving and other holiday travel (thanks for including TWiL, Bob!). People frequently ask me for legal podcast recommendations, and Bob has included many of my favorites; you can cull more from here. I regularly suggest Out-Law's podcast, which is highly informative (if far too scripted).

There's something to the unsubstantiated conclusions drawn by Erik Heels about blogging โ or let's make that broader and say network participation โ and career and/or life shifts, in his survey of four lawyer-bloggers. In my case, active participation in the network precipitated nothing but offered and revealed much, and the effect has been progressive over time. I'm sure that's true of anyone in any profession who regularly consigns parts of their brain to the 'Net's global infostream.
No time to blog just now, but I had to pop online momentarily to wish Bag and Baggage a happy fifth birthday (the cake and ice cream's out back, help yourself). And Tyler turned three yesterday. Eek!
