Over at Inter-Alia, Tom Mighell chimes in on an issue central to both the pending lawsuit and Avvo's ultimate success or failure: the results returned by Avvo's rating system will have to pass the smell test. They're not passing Tom's.

Thursday, July 5, 2007 at 10:34PM Didn't we all abandon Prodigy, CompuServe, and AOL for the broader Web in, like, 1994? Now Facebook has us playing under a great big tent again. The difference: this one has a roof but big, flappy, open walls.
